Bill questions:

You will get our order confirmation after you fax your payment receipt within one week. If the order confirmation has not been received, please contact us at the following email address: bill@kenwellintl.com You will have an answer within 24 hours.

Delivery questions:

The delivery will be made within 60 days after the date of order confirmation. Our service center will give you further delivery advice when your order is ready. If, however, you have not received your merchandise at the end of this 60 day period, contact us by way of email with the details and provide the tracking number & the order number: tracking@kenwellintl.com
